Hmmm… I’m pretty sure that it was Johanna Porter (Julie’s older sister) who dated Peter De Haven, not Julie. Peter was dating Amy, but seeing Johanna on the side. Also, Julie Porter dated Bruce Patman at one point, but I think that she ends up with some guy named Josh–the names of both of these books escape me, but Julie and Johanna appear on the covers.
OK, upon further investigation, I found out that the 2 books featuring the Porter sisters were Last Chance and Troublemaker. Oddly, there is a Senior Year book also called Troublemaker–apparently Francine and co. couldn’t be bothered to come up with a different title! Anyway, turns out that Julie didn’t actually date Bruce (my bad), she just had the hots for him and was supposed to go to a party or something w/him but ultimately winds up with Josh.
Regina Tomorrow, you’re good! One set of twins complete with matching brunette dopplegangers was enough for me, so I never got those Porter girls sorted. :{
Minus ten for Fran-Pasc recycling titles. I can deal with recycled plots, but that is poor form
You forgot Tom dating Amy on his list (you included it on her list of conquests), not bad for SV’s ‘token gay guy’!
Amazing list, great work!
Also, this only covers their high school years! When you add in the SVU years, it’ll get crazier.
SVU will be tough given that I’ve only read about half of these…
Liz
Tom Watts
Todd Wilkins
Duke someone [right at the end]
Sam Burgess
Mike McAllery
Ryan from the beach
Jess
Mike McAllery
James Montgomery, pre med
Nick Fox
Loius Miles
…and Todd, apparently
Don’t forget Liz dating that crazy secret society guy, William White, in SVU! I’m pretty sure they dated anyway.
What about the girl that Todd dumps Liz for during Perfect Summer on the bike tour? I think her name was Courtney, too.
how about the guy liz dated on svh senior? i think his name is Conner McDermont???
Yeah usually I ignore senior year and junior high but that would make it interesting for sure…
“Olivia Davidson
Mr Stuart Bachman…NOT”
LMAO! Loved that book.
Add Rick Andover to Annie’s list! He’s one of the guys she dates in WKOG. I believe she actually dates 3-4 different guys in that book alone, before hooking up with Ricky. She also hooks up with another guy when they take that biking spring break trip. I can’t remember his name (since I last read it as a 12 year old), but Bruce told the guy she was huge whore. Then at the end, he decided he liked her anyway…
Don’t forget Robbie October for Jessica’s list–he’s the hottie/loser she meets on the bike trip in _Perfect Summer_.
Also, for Bruce’s list: when Jessica dumps soda on him in _Playing with Fire_, he’s out with Aline Montgomery (who is never mentioned before or again).
Olivia also dated James in “Olivia’s Story”. After she tried to be more “normal,” he painted two murals of her, one boring and one artsy, and asked her to choose. That was like the romantic ideal of my sixth-grade life!
Don’t forget Robbie October, from the super edition with Jessica!
